How accurate are the estimates?
Our estimates provide a highly accurate ballpark figure to help you plan your budget using real-time market data. However, a final fixed quote will always require a site visit from a tradesperson to confirm specific structural details.
What happens after I get my estimate?
After viewing your estimate, you can review the entire estimate report and make gneral informed decisions. You will still need to contact Qaulified Contractor yourself.
Do I need architectural plans to use this?
Not at all; you only need a clear photo from your phone and an idea of what you want to achieve. This tool is designed for the early planning stages to help you see if your renovation ideas fit your budget.
