Yes, our app offers both free and paid versions. The free version includes basic features and 20 Design Credits, while the paid versions include additional features and more credits. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs.
How do I upgrade to the paid version of the app?
To upgrade to the paid version of the app, simply click on the "Upgrade" button and follow the prompts to enter your payment information. Once your payment is processed, you will have access to the additional features and benefits.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the paid features until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free version. However, your data will still be saved and accessible in the app.
How good is the AI?
We are constantly updating and training our AI models to give you the best platform possible to help you with your entire Renovation Project from start to finish.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take the security of your payment information seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect it. We do not store your payment information on our servers and only use it for payment processing purposes. Our Payment partner is Stripe, which is the industry leading payment provider.
Can I change my information?
Yes, you can change your billing information at any time by going to your account settings and updating your payment information. This is a great way to update your payment method or billing address.
Are my projects and photos secure?
Security and Privacy is very important to us, that's why we use the highest level of security infrastructure tools for our platform. Ensuring that your projects and photos are secure, furthermore if you decide to delete your account we delete all files and information related to your account.
How Accurate is the Estimator?
The Instant Reno Estimator uses the latest industry and material cost that is available. While this is very accurate it is always important to engage with a licensed contractor to determine actual costs of labour and materials in your region.
