1. Our Relationship & Business Details

Instant Reno ("the Platform") is owned and operated by Marek Eberhard (ABN: 57 877 857 054) in New South Wales, Australia. These terms constitute a standard form contract between you and Instant Reno.

2. AI Transparency & Automated Estimates

• Nature of Output: Renders and estimates are generated via Automated Decision-Making (ADM). We use machine-learning models to infer costs and designs.

• Non-Reliance: These outputs are for conceptual inspiration only. They are not professional advice, structural engineering, or fixed financial quotes.

• Accuracy Disclaimer: AI models can produce inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). Instant Reno does not guarantee that the suggested materials are available, code-compliant, or fit for your specific property.

  
  

  
  

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

• Usage Entitlements: Tiers include a set allocation of "Design Credits." We reserve the right to adjust credit "weighting" (e.g., 2 credits for an HD render vs 1 for SD) with 30 days' notice.

• Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

• Simple Cancellation: In accordance with the Unfair Trading Practices Bill 2026, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings with a single click. Access remains until the end of your current billing period.

4. Your Rights (Australian Consumer Law)

• Consumer Guarantees: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for a major failure (e.g., the Platform is unusable for a sustained period).

• No Refund Policy: Subject to your rights under the ACL, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with an AI’s creative style.

  • Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & Image Use

• Your Content: You own your original photos.

• License to Us: To provide and improve the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images.

• Commercial Use: Only the Professional Tier grants a license to use renders for commercial marketing (e.g., Real Estate sales).

6. Lead Generation & Third-Parties

• Consent: If you request a quote, you expressly consent to us sharing your data with third-party contractors.

• Independent Contractors: We are a referral service. We do not employ or supervise the contractors. Any subsequent building contract is solely between you and the contractor.

7. Privacy & Data

• We collect and handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• AI Transparency: You have the right to request an explanation of how our AI reached a specific cost estimate if it significantly affects your interests.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
