2. Nature of the "Instant Estimate" (AI Tool)

Not a Quote: The estimates provided by Instant Reno are generated by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model based on broad market data and user input. This is explicitly not a fixed quote, a contract, or a financial offer.

Inaccuracy Warning: You acknowledge that the AI estimate will likely be different from actual costs. It is a preliminary guidance tool only and should not be used for financial planning, loan applications, or project budgeting.

No Liability: Instant Reno is not liable for any discrepancies between the AI estimate and the final price provided by a licensed contractor.

3. Relationship Disclosure (No Partnership)

Independent Entities: Instant Reno is a lead generation platform. We are not builders, contractors, or project managers.

No Association: There is no partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between Instant Reno and the contractors in our network. We do not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by any contractor.

Contractor Responsibility: Any agreement for renovation work is strictly between the homeowner and the contractor. Instant Reno is not a party to those contracts.

4. Consent to Sell Lead & Be Contacted

Lead Generation: By submitting your information and "verifying" via SMS, you provide express consent for Instant Reno to sell your project data (lead) to a third-party licensed contractor.

Communication: You consent to be contacted via phone, SMS, or email by a contractor from our network regarding your project.

Verification: Our "Reply 1" verification process serves as your digital signature confirming you wish to be connected with a professional.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Secure Storage: All user data, including contact details and project specifics, is stored using industry-standard encryption and secure cloud-based servers.

Image Uploads: Any images of your home uploaded to our platform are stored securely. These images are shared only with the specific contractor who purchases your lead to assist them in providing an accurate quote.

Australian Privacy Principles: We handle all data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
